1. Services
Grime Buster USA provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website and in your service agreement. Services are performed with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards .
2. Booking and Confirmation

Scheduling: Services are scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time.

Confirmation: We will confirm your booking via email or text within 24 hours.

Access: Client must provide reasonable access to the premises on the scheduled date . If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure it is in the "OFF" position or provide us with codes and input sequence before your scheduled cleaning .
3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: We charge by scope, not time. Fixed price quotes are provided before services begin.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made . Recurring clients may be invoiced monthly.

Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after [X] days may incur a [X]% late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts .

Deposits: For first-time clients or large projects, a deposit may be required before work commences .
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation by Client: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of [50%] of the service cost.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or safety concerns. We will notify you as soon as possible .

Weather or Emergencies: Services may be suspended if conditions prevent safe access or travel .
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and effective clean, clients agree to:

Secure cash, jewelry, and other small valuables before our arrival

Supervise children and pets during cleaning, or ensure they are not present

Inform us of any hazards, sensitive surfaces, or areas requiring special attention

Not rely on our cleaning teams to let in workmen during service
6. Our Conduct and Policies

Professional Conduct: Our team is trained to be quiet, professional, and unobtrusive. They do not answer doors, use personal devices during work hours, or smoke/eat in your home .

Safety: For safety reasons, our cleaning teams are prohibited from using ladders and are instructed to wear shoes in your home .

Untouched Items: Our staff will not clean body fluids, excretions, litter boxes, or areas with active pest infestation .
7. Damage and Liability

Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of any item (e.g., broken blinds, loose tiles, unsealed surfaces) .

Assumed Conditions: All surfaces (marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm .

Reporting Damage: Please notify us within 24 hours of service if you believe damage occurred during cleaning. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Liability Limit: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service . We are not liable for loss of profits, indirect, or consequential damages .

Exclusions: We are not responsible for damage or tampering that may occur to client-provided lockboxes or any lockbox failure .
8. Insurance
Grime Buster USA maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by law . Proof of insurance is available upon request.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If any aspect of our service does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge .
10. Termination

Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement by providing written notice [X days] in advance .

We may terminate services immediately if a client displays abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward our staff .

We may terminate if payment is not received or client breaches their obligations .
11. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information, alarm codes, or access details you provide are kept confidential and used only for service delivery . We comply with applicable data protection laws.
12. Independent Contractor
Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship between Grime Buster USA and the client. Our staff are our employees/subcontractors, and clients are not responsible for their taxes, benefits, or insurance
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, riots, war, terrorism, or labor disputes
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania . Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Philadelphia County.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Grime Buster USA and the client, superseding any prior oral or written agreements
16. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to future services
